I was born in Ruchazie, Glasgow, but have been fortunate enough to live in a number of other wonderful places since, both in the UK and abroad. Wherever I am in this world of ours, I am a Scot.
I’m also an entrepreneur, a lay economist in the Ranter tradition, an evangelist for democratic capitalism, an advocate for the abolition of wage slavery, a Luddite in the true sense of the word, and a nightmare of a dinner guest because I’m fussier than a five year old when it comes to food.
If you like my blog you’ll love my books, Get Out While You Can – Escape The Rat Race and Why Do Only Fools And Horses Work?, the latter of which will be published in
October, 2014 sometime soon(ish).
I’m also a big fan of the micro-lending website, Kiva. Why not join me in helping entrepreneurs in developing countries start or build their business? Click here to make a free $25 trial loan and help change someone’s life for the better.
